Global event crewing specialist Showforce has promoted several of its key team members in the Middle East as it looks to strengthen and expand its account management and operations departments. The company recognises and rewards the contribution of long-standing team members Ann Dacumos, Ricky Holland, Diana Lucena, Haroon Nasir, Izceah Palmes and Amir Tufail.

Ann Dacumos steps up to head of account management – Middle East with direct reports Diana Lucena and Izceah Palmes both promoted to senior account handlers. Ann manages many of Showforce’s tier one clients on a day-to-day basis, including Coca Cola Arena, Dubai Opera, Creative Technology and PRG. n addition to maintaining strong client relationships, she works closely with the operations team to ensure the correct personnel are matched to clients’ requirements.

Having played an instrumental role in Showforce’s growth in the Middle East, alongside leading the successful onsite delivery of the company’s largest global projects over the last 13 years, Ricky Holland becomes director of special projects & business development. Respected by clients and crew, Ricky will continue to champion Showforce with his deep understanding of events and client needs, while helping to shape the next generation of crew.

Haroon Nasir has been integral to establishing Showforce’s office in KSA, taking the lead on crew recruitment and training, client liaison, and scheduling. He has now been promoted to country operations lead – KSA.

Meanwhile, Amir Tufail becomes head of crew operations – Middle East reflecting his consistent approach to maintaining the high standards for which Showforce is renowned. Having joined the company in 2016, Amir has become a vital member of the operations team and serves as the perfect conduit between office, crew, and client. He works closely with clients to ensure that the crew assigned to their projects have the necessary training and skills, and he regularly attends sites to ensure Showforce’s high standards are upheld.
