For LED display manufacturers, creating immersive visual experiences through unique stage designs has always been the pursuit. Among numerous creations over the years, the LED Ribbon by YES TECH sparkles with its seamless multi-arc layout stretching from the ground to mid-air, refreshing the conventional design in people’s minds and delivering intense visual impact. This installation also made a significant impression at the ISE 2024 & MIR 2024.

The most important part of the ribbon installation is achieving a fluent and elegant design while ensuring safety and reliability, and a more dynamic and engaging visual experience with no special glasses. The key lies in:

    Special Frame Ensures High Precision
The installation at the ISE 2024 venue measures high and features numerous arcs of varying sizes without large supports. This specialized and precise frame maintains the creative shape with high stability. Meticulously calculated and optimized, it ensures maximum precision and balance in each curved section.

    Uniform Distribution While Hanging
Through precise calculation and strategic placement, this installation delivers uniform load-bearing capacity and distribution at each point when hanging, minimizing gaps between cabinets for a natural transition. This augments the coherence of display effects and reduces overloading while ensuring greater safety.

    Seamless Multi-arc Technology Brings Perfection
This advanced technology connects all the curved sections, presenting a unified appearance that resembles a continuous whole. This innovative approach elevates both the aesthetic integrity and the structural strength and durability of the installation. The fluid curvature and durability are achieved using our MG9 product, paired with connectors capable of ±15° arc splicing, ensuring flawless alignment and robust construction.

The MG9 Series: TET Tech Brings 80-100N LED Thrust
To realise this great installation, YesTech utilise the upgraded version of the rental series—-MG9 Series to bring performance revolution. Its TET tech comes first which delivers impressive 80-100N LED thrust! The TET tech (thrust enhancement tech) is the development of a stronger bond of the LEDs to the circuit board, thus providing a better connection that is more resistant to physical damage.

Recognising that the damage during transportation or assembly is inevitable, what we can do is to improve the quality of the product. While the TET tech can effectively reduce the lamp-fall rate, thereby decreasing maintenance costs with more stable performance.

More Features: The MG9 Series is fortified with protective corners on all four sides (for P2.9 displays) and adopts 1516 LEDs with larger margin but higher anti-collision ability. For the powerful performance ensured, it also delivers up to 7680Hz refresh rate and 800-5500 nit brightness to adapt to different lighting conditions with clear visuals and vibrant colors.

Whether for indoor expos or outdoor concerts, the ribbon installation by MG9 Series offers a creative and dependable choice. Explore more about “the ribbon” at our website.
