The Event Verse, has today announced the public launch of the AccredTix, a free of charge modular accreditation and back of house operations portal.  AccredTix provides an instant online setup with a free tier to support smaller events and venues that may be new to digital accreditation systems.

The Free tier opens the full feature set to every venue and event producer, with no demo call or lengthy setup required. AccredTix provides a connected self-service platform where users will have access to accreditation, guests list, catering, accommodation, vehicles, inductions, document collection, advance forms, drag & drop pass designer and communication modules set up and ready to go in under 10 minutes.

With the newest release, AccredTix is also introducing a built-in AI teammate, Ada, who can perform tasks such as increasing allocations, preparing reports and bulk operations that traditionally would have taken time out of busy event days for accreditation staff. Ada performs a range of tasks from answering how-to questions, to clearing approval queues and amending allocations on the fly.

“In preparations for a changing landscape, more venues and producers are wanting to implement robust accreditation systems that provide the required audit levels needed to keep our shared spaces safe. One thing producers all have in common is the lack of time to test and trial these systems. Sitting on multiple hour long sales calls every time you’re on the hunt for a new system is not, in my opinion, in keeping with the flexibility of SaaS products on a wider scale. We’re aware of this, and the fact that system providers need to adjust the way they work, and we hope AccredTix is taking this step towards an easy to use, self service platform” said Alex Wiseman, Co-Founder at The Event Verse. “Clients asked us for a system they could set up themselves in minutes, without specialist training and without enterprise-level invoices. This new platform delivers exactly that.”

The legacy AccredTix system launched to enterprise only clients in the summer of 2024 and has been used by clients such as Cuffe & Taylor, SJM Concerts, Drumshed, Broadwick Live, Creation, AEG Presents, TAIT and SXSW London to name just a few. The most recent release AccredTix will be offered in three tiers. The Free tier will give access to all modules, with sufficient functionality for small events. AccredTix Pro adds AI agent Ada, in-depth reporting, mobile wallet credentials and other capabilities at a cost of only GBP 49.99 per month per event. AccredTix Enterprise is for the production teams who require additional support, unique modules that can be developed by The Event Verse in-house team of developers.

In addition to all the new features, AccredTix is linked with Scan Verse’s ready-to-go RFID scanner service. If required, any event team can order handheld scanners that will be shipped already pre-configured for their event and ready to use as soon as received.
